Sabre Diffusion Abrasion Hose Sleeve is now available through Hardy Spicer. 

The diffusion abrasion sleeves ultra tight construction contains and diffuses high pressure ruptures/bursts from pin hole leaks.  Available in size diameters from 18mm up to 180mm.
